Five inspection areas

Checks cover dimensions, appearance, sewing, logos and packaging. The approved sample and order specifications provide the reference for the agreed review.

Third-party inspection

Third-party inspection is accepted by arrangement. Confirm inspector access, scope, timing and reporting requirements in advance. No unverified AQL level or certification is claimed here.

When an issue is identified

Document the issue and the affected items promptly. Verified quality problems may be addressed by replacement or resupply under the conditions agreed for the order.

Request certification or test documentation relevant to your selected product and order requirements.
