What to send

Share a tech pack or reference link, target customer, size specification, fabric direction, colour reference, artwork and quantity estimate. Tell us which details are fixed and which are open to development.

Fees & timing

Samples are quoted according to complexity, materials and requirements. The stated reference is within 7 days, pending confirmation of working or calendar days, start conditions and order scope. Transport is not assumed included.

Review & revisions

Compare the sample with the agreed brief and measurements. Send a consolidated list of changes with photographs or annotations. Revision scope, cost and timing are agreed; free or unlimited revisions are not promised.

Approval record

Keep the final sample reference, approved measurements, material details, labels and packaging requirements together. Changes after approval may affect the quotation and delivery plan.
