FROM BRIEF TO BULK

How an Order Moves Through Our Factory

Follow each stage from brief and sample approval to production, inspection and shipment.

01

Brief & Material Confirmation

Start with the product brief, target measurements and physical fabric references. Confirm composition, colour, trims and any required tests before developing the sample. The agreed specification becomes the reference for pattern development and purchasing; unresolved properties remain subject to material review.

02

Pattern Development

Translate the agreed garment specification into pattern pieces, reviewing seam relationships, balance and the intended ease. Plus-size development should consider connected proportions rather than enlarging every dimension equally. Record the pattern version and changes for sample making.

03

Sample Making & Fit Review

Build the sample using the selected material and construction details. Compare measurements, seam finish and garment balance with the brief, then agree any fit revisions and the sample version to retain. Movement checks and size-set approval should be defined for the project. The approved sample and recorded comments guide the release to bulk production.

04

Cutting & Bulk Sewing

Prepare cutting from the approved pattern and material specification, with the size and colour assortment agreed for the order. Check first-piece construction against the sample before continuing the sewing sequence. Keep construction changes linked to the approved reference. The resulting garments move into the agreed inspection scope.

05

Inspection & Packing Release

Review dimensions, appearance, seams, labels and packing requirements against the approved references. Agree inspection tolerances, records and release responsibilities for the order; third-party inspection is available by arrangement. Confirm the assortment and packing instructions before dispatch. Inspection records and packing sign-off document this stage.
